Alucobond Signage & Wayfinding
ACP shopfront, fascia, ATM surrounds and signage cladding in Ghana — RAL/Pantone brand-matched, routered logos, fast-converting SME and corporate fascias. Aluminium composite panel finished to a real coating spec (PVDF/PE/FEVE) and executed to EN 1090. Alucobond Ghana, since 1977.
A shopfront, fascia or ATM surround in aluminium composite panel (ACP/ACM) is the most visible piece of a brand’s physical presence — and it is a cladding job and a signage job at the same time. Alucobond Ghana has fabricated and installed aluminium-composite façades, fascias and signage across Ghana since 1977, and we treat the fascia as what it is: your brand colour, held flat and true, in a finish that does not fade.
Why ACP Is the Standard for Shopfronts & Fascias
ACP is two thin aluminium skins bonded either side of a core. For signage and fascia work that combination is ideal: the aluminium does not rust, the panel is light and rigid enough to span a frontage, and it routes and folds cleanly so logos and lettering can be cut straight into the cladding. Unlike painted board, render or vinyl, an ACP fascia carries a factory coating matched to your exact brand colour — and it holds that colour under Accra sun and rain.
Choosing the Right Signage System
The right build depends on whether the frontage is a single SME shopfront or a corporate roll-out, and whether the branding is flat colour, routered, or illuminated. The three points that decide the spec are the colour match (RAL vs Pantone), the logo treatment (flat, routered, or back-lit), and the coating (PVDF for the longest colour life). We specify each in writing so the fascia matches the brand and can be re-matched on any future store.
ACP Signage & Wayfinding Systems
Shopfront & Fascia Cladding
Full-width ACP fascia and shopfront cladding in a brand-matched colour, with clean reveals and concealed fixings. The fast-converting workhorse for retail SMEs, restaurants, pharmacies and service outlets.
Corporate Brand Fascias & Headquarters Signage
Building-scale fascias and entrance signage for banks, telecoms and corporate HQs — colour-matched across multiple sites for a consistent national brand, with routered or raised lettering.
ATM Surrounds & Kiosk Cladding
Tight-tolerance ACP surrounds for ATMs, kiosks and pay-points — the high-wear, high-visibility detail where a crisp, fade-proof finish matters most.
Routered Logos & Wayfinding
CNC-routered logos, cut-out lettering for back-lighting, and wayfinding panels — directional and identification signage in the same panel system as the fascia, so the whole frontage reads as one brand.
Signage Systems Compared
| System | Best for | Brand treatment | Finish |
|---|---|---|---|
| Shopfront & fascia cladding | Retail SMEs, restaurants, outlets | Flat RAL/Pantone colour | PVDF/PE coated ACP |
| Corporate brand fascia | Banks, telecoms, HQs (multi-site) | Routered / raised lettering | PVDF for longest colour life |
| ATM & kiosk surrounds | Pay-points, kiosks | Tight-tolerance, high-visibility | PVDF coated ACP |
| Routered & wayfinding | Directional, identification signage | CNC-routered / back-lit cut-out | PVDF/PE coated ACP |
(Coating and colour are confirmed in writing per project; the panel core is matched to the exposure and the brief.)
How We Deliver an ACP Shopfront & Fascia
- Survey the frontage and read the brand — measure the shopfront/fascia/ATM surround and take the exact RAL/Pantone reference and logo geometry.
- Specify the panel, coating and colour — ACP core + coating (PVDF/PE/FEVE) + matched colour written into the spec.
- Fabricate and router the logo — cut, router and fold panels in the workshop, including routered or cut-out logos and lettering.
- Install, align and hand over — fix to the prepared frame, align joints and reveals, hand over the panel data sheet and colour reference.
Materials & Real Standards
- ACP/ACM panel — two aluminium skins bonded to a core; PE, FR or A2 core specified to the application (for façade-scale fascias where fire matters, see Fire-Rated ACP)
- Coatings — PVDF for the longest colour retention under sun and rain, or PE/FEVE depending on exposure and budget
- Colour — standard RAL ranges and Pantone-matched corporate colours, confirmed by reference number in writing
- EN 1090 — aluminium execution standard governing the fabrication and assembly of the sub-frame and panels
- EN 13501-1 — reaction-to-fire classification, relevant where the fascia is part of a façade on an occupied building
What Affects the Cost
- Frontage area and the number of panels and joints
- Coating system (PVDF holds colour longest and costs more than PE)
- Colour match (a standard RAL colour vs a bespoke Pantone-matched corporate colour)
- Logo treatment — flat, CNC-routered, or cut-out for back-lighting
- Sub-frame condition and access to the frontage
Loose 3mm ACP sheet trades from around GH₵315 per sheet (1220×2440mm) as an indicative material reference; the fabricated and installed fascia is quoted on survey. The full material-vs-installed picture is on the ACP Cladding Cost Guide.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you match my exact brand colour on an ACP fascia? Yes. ACP carries a factory finish in standard RAL ranges, and corporate colours are matched to a RAL or Pantone reference confirmed in writing before fabrication — and recorded so future panels match.
Can a logo be cut into an ACP shopfront? Yes. ACP routes and folds cleanly, so logos and lettering can be CNC-routered, cut out for back-lighting, or fixed as raised letters. The panel is the cladding and the brand mark together.
Is ACP signage cladding suitable for the Ghana climate? Yes. The aluminium skins do not rust and the PVDF coating is specified for colour retention under strong sun and rain, so an ACP fascia holds its finish far longer than painted board or vinyl.
How much does an ACP shopfront or fascia cost? Loose 3mm ACP sheet trades from around GH₵315 per sheet (1220×2440mm) as an indicative material reference; the fabricated and installed fascia is quoted on survey once the frontage, colour and signage detail are measured.
