An institutional occupier in Airport City required a rain-screen system rather than a sealed skin — a drained, back-ventilated cavity that manages water instead of pretending to stop it. We engineered the cavity and sub-frame, set the open joints to specification, and verified weather-tightness stage by stage. The building runs cooler and drier for it, and the performance evidence sits in the handover file.
