A financial institution’s head office in Ridge commissioned an anodised aluminium elevation where the coating grade had to be specified to the building’s exposure, not to a default. We surveyed the substrate, named the anodising thickness in writing, fabricated the panels in our own shop, and installed against a staged QC schedule. The handover file — panel data, coating grade, fixing schedule — went into the client’s premises records at completion.
